Terms and Conditions

 

The following Terms and Conditions must be read, understood and agreed before registering your club with www.sportsbooksdvds.co.uk

One you have received your Club Code it is the responsibility of the person registering the club to ensure that all members have received the Club Code that enables them to receive the club commission.

 

  • If no Club Code is put in the appropriate field then this commission can not be added at a later date. No commission will be given to the club on any purchase where no Club Code is entered.
  • Commission is paid by cheque at the end of every three months for the following periods.
  • October to December.
  • January to March.
  • April-June
  • July-September
  • Cheques will be sent out within 28 days of when each period ends
  • Cheques will only be made payable to Clubs – not individuals.
  • An item is deemed lost if it has not been received after 28 days.
  • Any items lost in the post will be replaced immediately if the item is in stock, or will be ordered if it is not in stock. The person that has not received the item must inform us in writing.
  • 80% of the items that we list will be posted within 72 hours. If an item is going to take longer then we will inform the customer by e-mail.
